What leaders have to say about 101:

Streams provides the best training available in the ministry of prophecy. They have a very healthy emphasis on both character and charisma, theory and practice, prophecy in the house and prophecy out of the house (i.e. in evangelism). This material has arisen from the work of one of the most authentic and experienced practitioners in the world today. I highly recommend this course.
~Dr Mark Stibbe, Senior Leader, St Andrews Chorleywood and author of Propectic Evangelism

Rick Hayes is General Manager of New Wine Scotland and Conference Manager of CLAN Gathering and in those administrative capacities draws on his 30 years experience as a manager with the Forestry Commission.   After being radically impacted by the ministry of John Wimber, Rick served for several years on Vineyard conference ministry teams in the UK, Europe and USA.  During one of his trips top California he met and subsequently married Cynthia. John Wimber would often quote the words of Jesus, “Freely you have received, freely give” and Rick is committed to sharing the words and works of the kingdom and passing on all he has learned to others – especially in the area of kingdom ministry expressed through local churches.   Rick is also an Alpha Advisor, part of the North-east region Alpha advisory team, and a founding member of Leaders Together for Scotland.

Cynthia Hayes became a Christian in the in the 1970s Jesus People revival in California.  Her first calling was to be a missionary and after 4 years in an evangelistic role in a youth ministry called Young Life, followed by helping to start a new Vineyard church in Los Angeles, she went into Youth With A Mission.  After her Discipleship Training Course and School of Evangelism in theHawaiian Islands, she was sent out as part of a team to start a YWAM base and bible school and spent over 4 years inMalaysia.  Eventually heading the team and the new base, she took groups on outreach to India, Indonesia, the Phillipines and briefly experienced smuggling bibles into China before returning to LA to be part of the leadership team of her home church.  In 1991 she met Rick on one of his Vineyard trips and they married in 1994, crossing the Atlantic to Scotland just ahead of theToronto outpouring and became founding members of the conference that became CLAN Gathering.
